2011-2012 Chevrolet Captiva vehicles made from 10//2/09 to 4/2111> Manually driving the vehicle shifted into first gear causes the engine and power steering pump to operate at higher speed than is typical which  generates heat that is transferred to the power steering fluid and power steering fluid temps that approach the power steering pump reservoir’s melting point. Dealers will replace the power steering fluid cooler with an improved version

2011 Infiniti FX; 2012 Infiniti M; 2011-2012 Frontier; 2011-2012 Xterra; 2011-2012 Pathfinder; 2012 NV> bolts connecting the engine oil cooler at the oil filter are weak and break causing an engine oil leak. Engine oil pressure would drop and the engine could seize.

2011 Honda GL 1800; 2001-2010; 2012> Kuryakyn GL1800 passenger floorboards P/N 607005, for 2001-2012 Honda GL; 1800 (Goldwing) motorcycles; sold on Kuryakyn 'transformer' passenger floorboard sets P/N 7005 made from 9/15/08 present. The floorboard mount may crack and break free from the mounting bolts that secure the mount to the motorcycle. The passenger floorboard may separate from the vehicle, possibly resulting in injury or a crash.

2006-2007 Highlander Hybrid, Lexus RX400H made 2/16/05 to 8/30/06> Inadequately soldered transistors inside the hybrid inverter module overheat during high-load driving and become damaged by the heat causes dash malfunction indicator lamp, slip indicator light, brake system warning light, and master warning light to come on. The vehicle goes to fail-safe/limp-home mode that limits the drivability of the vehicle or the hybrid system will shut down while the vehicle is being driven, causing the car to stop unexpectedly, increasing the risk of a crash.

2011 Lexus RX350 made 9/30/10 to 5/18/11 with vehicle dynamics integrated management> Incorrect hydraulic control valve calibration prevents the right front wheel from activating properly during abs or vehicle stability control actuation resulting in increased stopping distances; failure to correct for loss of traction and loss of steering control.

2007 S80 made 3/8/06 to 5/16/07> Incorrect routing of the return power steering hose kinks the hose which increases pressure in the power steering system causing the hose to burst at the steering gear resulting in sudden loss of power steering assist and underhood fire caused by the fluid.

Indian 2009-2011 Indian> 1) If the headlight switch is slowly moved from one position to another (high beam to low beam or low beam to high beam), both beams may be on momentarily and the body control module senses an overload and will turn off the headlights. 2) The side stand may not fold rearward and upward and can contact the ground causing loss of control.

Kawasaki 2011 Ninja ZX-10R/ZX-10R ABS (ZX1000JBF/JBFL/KBF/KBFL)> Wiring harness is pinched between the rear subframe and the rear fender or rear subframe and seat cover bolt causing a short that will shut down the engine.

2011 Cadillac SRX> The airbags are programmed to turn off the right side roof-rail airbag if the passenger sensing system determines that the right front passenger seat is unoccupied. The right rear occupant may not be protected and suffer injuries in certain frontal and side crashes. GM dealers will reprogram the sensing and diagnostic module free of charge.

2011 Chevrolet Colorado, GMC Canyon with 2.9 or 3.7 engines and 4-speed A/T> Automatic transmission adjustment clip slips preventing the PRNDL shift lever to accurately show the transmission gear selection allowing the ignition key to be removed without the transmission in "park."
