2006 Grand Vitara; 2005-2006 XL-7> Failure of the plastic belt tensioner pulley that runs the power steering and A/C causes the belt to come off resulting in a loss of steering assist.

BMW: 2008-2009 F650 GS, F 800 GS made 9/27/07 to 3/30/09> Faulty drive chain breaks and jams the sprocket causing the rear wheel to lock up.

BRP:  2010 CAN-AM / Roadster Spyder RS, RT SE5> Clutch on the SE5 semi-automatic transmission fails to disengage causing engine stall and locks up the wheels.

2010 Equator pickup trucks made 11/20/09 to 3/3/10> Front suspension lower control link bushing collars come apart causing the wheel alignment to suddenly change and the driver to lose steering control.

2009-10 Lexus LS460, LS600 made 8/20/09 to 5/13/10> Programming glitch for the electronic variable gear ratio steering electronic control unit causes a loss of steering control by the steering wheel becoming off-centered by up to 90 degrees after being turned fully one way and then quickly turned back in the other direction.

During the initial self-check process that occurs shortly after the engine is started air enters the VSA Modular Pump causing loss of braking performance.

2006-2007 Ridgeline made 11/17/05 to 06/7/06> HVAC blower motor wiring harness connector located under the passenger’s side of the dash gets kicked and damaged causing it to short out and cause an electrical fire.

2010 Acura MDX made 10/7/09 to 11/14/09> Drivers or passenger side interior side trim piece on the A-pillar comes off when the airbag curtain is deployed and causes injury.

2005-2010 Avalon; 2007-2010 Camry, Tundra; 2008-2010 Sequoia; 2009-2010 Corolla, Corolla Matrix, RAV4; 2010 Highlander> Internal binding inside the throttle pedal position sensor causes the accelerator pedal to bind in the applied position resulting in unintended acceleration. Note: This condition may be preceded by increased effort to press the accelerator pedal.

2008-2010 Highlander; 2009-2010 Corolla, Venza, Matrix> Accelerator pedal sticks in the wide open position by the floor mat or against the floor pan. Note: This recall is an expansion of a 2009 campaign of 3.8 million other Toyotas. Dealers will modify the shape of the accelerator pedal until redesigned pedals become available, and install redesigned floor mats. Dealers will replace the modified pedal with the newly redesigned pedal when it is released.
